Pet Policy
No more than 2 animals are allowed per apartment.
Pet Fee (non-refundable): $450 for 1 pet; $700 for 2 pets Pet Rent: $20 per month
Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.
Aggressive breeds and exotic animals or BIRDS are not allowed. Note: Service/Companion animals may not be subject to this lists.
RESTRICTED ANIMAL/BREED LIST (included but not limited to): Dogs: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chowchow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas, Piranhas Exotic Animals: Reptiles (snakes, iguanas) Ferrets, Skunks, Racoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws)

Love this place !! Staff is always friendly, and the neighborhood is always quiet. I don't have any complaints about The Pointe Apartments. It is right behind a police station so I always feel safe here. If you are moving to Gautier than this is the place to be!
